Does anyone have one of these pressure fryers?

Without an instruction manual, I can only guess what the pressure is when using it.  I tighten the lid down and put on the valve and wait until steam rushes through it and then turn the burner to a lower setting.  The valve doesn't rock at all.  It justs blows it's stack if the pressure gets high enough.  I would like to know if this is the way it is designed.  I haven't tried to pressure fry with it.  Any suggestions?

I recently acquired a "Fagor Pressure Magic" pressure cooker/fryer. I am thoroughly enjoying the cooker but have noticed there is very little information/recipes for this type of cookware. This blog is for people interested in pressure cookers and a place for them to share their knowledge.

Unfortunately, I do not have the owner's manual for the Pressure Magic. Hopefully, someone out there has one and can share it with us.

I will post later with some of my experiences with the cooker.
